Pleasure In Simplicity- Michael Erickson

Sit upon a veranda green,

And drink in the morning light.

Wherever you are in cities deep,

Or in mountains far from the maddening crowd.

Breath in the daylight hours,

And remember your place upon this good earth.

Take a bit of rosemary upon the way,

And taste sweet anise with your tongue.

Delight in the life that is yours,

And enjoy these simple things.
